Responsibility:
- Record all the leave requested of the staff and staff over time.
- Prepare and update the employees’ personal file.
- Provide update information to Insurance Company of staff’s flow.
- Keep on recording of staff health care’s expenses.
- Conduct staff’s orientation for the new employee.
- Coordinate of some administrative process to new staff such as opening up the new bank account, employee card.
- Prepare employee employment contract.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year experience in HR field.
- Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office particularly in Word and Excel.
- Good commend in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently, and paid attention to detail.
- Curious and respect to confidentiality.
