Responsibility:
- Survey customer site (Telephone Line from MPTC).
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot ADSL modem, Lease line modem and customer’s LAN.
- Install, configure and update game (JXII, Sabay).
- Configure and Troubleshoot the Desktop Environment.
- Implement, Manage, and Troubleshooting Network Protocols, Service and Security.
- Monitor and Optimize System Performance and Reliability.
- Implement, Manage, Maintain the Network Infrastructure.
- Receive phone call from customer during non-working time.
- Provide on-site customer support.
- Support player of JXII, sabay (Basic Play Modes).
- Perform other tasks assigned by Technical Manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences.
- At least 1 year experience in the related field.
- Previously experience in Information Service Provider business is a plus.
- Professional experiences in (Windows, Linux, Cisco).
- Understanding Network System base on LAN and WAN on TCP/IP.
- Good experience in installing basic Windows,Linux,Cisco.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Dynamic and ability to work in team.
